Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your EDUVIXA account and what happens to your data when you do.

1. What deletion removes

Your profile, sign-in identity (mobile number or email), active plan and payment order history are permanently removed from our server. This cannot be undone.

Documents you created stay on your own phone. They were never stored by us, so deleting the account does not touch them.

Purchase records held by our payment provider (Razorpay) are retained by them as financial records, as required by law.

2. Delete from the app (immediate)

Open Settings, choose "Delete account" and confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

3. Delete without the app

Email support@encoderssoftware.com from the email address on the account, or include the mobile number you sign in with. We verify it is really you, delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by reply.
