These terms are the agreement between you and Encoders Software Pvt Ltd for use of the EDUVIXA application. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One account belongs to one person. The introductory trial is limited to one per mobile number and one per email address.
Plans are one-off purchases for a fixed period, not auto-renewing subscriptions. Nothing is charged automatically and no payment mandate is created.
Current plans: Day Pass ₹15 for 1 day; EDUVIXA Pro ₹300 for 30 days; EDUVIXA Pro Yearly ₹3,000 for 365 days. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change for future purchases.
Access begins once payment is confirmed and ends when the period expires. You may cancel at any time from Settings; you keep access until the paid period ends.
All payments are final. Once a plan is activated the amount paid is non-refundable, whether or not the features are used, and cancelling part-way through a period does not entitle you to a partial refund.
The seven free days and the ₹15 Day Pass exist so you can evaluate the app fully before buying a longer plan. Please use them before purchasing a monthly or yearly plan.
This clause does not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law, and it does not override the refund policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store where a purchase was made through them.
If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged for a plan that was never activated, contact support@encoderssoftware.com and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
Use the app lawfully. Do not use it to process material you have no right to, to infringe copyright, to forge documents, or to attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer our systems.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Your documents remain yours. We claim no ownership over anything you create, scan or convert.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Files are stored on your device and we cannot recover anything you delete.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
A digitally drawn or typed signature added by this app is an electronic signature. It is not a Digital Signature Certificate under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and may not satisfy requirements that specifically call for one.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
